The Sukonik Building Companies, Ltd. is the natural outgrowth of Sukonik and Casper, founded in 1957. Since 1989, the Sukoniks have been building in the desirable townships along Route 422 in Western Montgomery County. Brothers Neil and Jonathan Sukonik bring an intuitive sense of integrity and hands-on experience to every aspect of the homebuilding process, which is reflected in their popular communities. Their primary focus is on personalized service, quality construction, and attention to detail. From the company’s inception, they wanted to create communities and build homes in a limited geographical area to capitalize on their top reputation.
