At Punch List Solutions, we take care of everything, and manage subcontractors when needed.

We know that trying to hunt down a contractor can be really hectic. Being responsive is one of our top priorities. You don’t have to deal with the unanswered calls and emails anymore. Contact us, and we will be there.

We will take what you have sent us and generate a proposal for you. The proposal will show up in your inbox within one business day.
Once you receive our proposal in your inbox, you will click on the proposal to review it. You can approve or make modifications to the proposal online.
Once you approve the proposal, we will contact you to schedule work.

REAL TIME STATUS UPDATES

Once your job is underway, our professionals check off work items as they are completed and take pictures of their progress.
You can see updates on your own Builder Trend page. You will be able to check up on the progress of our work no matter where you are.
We keep you updated and you will know as soon as we are finished with the job.
