John began his journey in real estate at the young age of 21, buying & building investment properties. John & his family focused on their full time careers by day & by night the investment properties would experience improvements through complete renovation. His family would sell or rent the homes for a profit.
Much like today’s real estate market, many investors are purchasing properties, improving the properties then reselling the properties for a profit.
As John’s real estate adventures continued he was inspired in 1987. In 1987 John purchased, opened & to this day continues to operate TWO RE/MAX real estate franchises. RE/MAX Achievers has two branch offices located in Collegeville on Route 29 & Pottstown on 2060 E. High Street.
John has remained a huge supporter of the real estate sales agent’s working at RE/MAX Achievers for over 30 years. The company growth philosophy has been to grow at a steady pace with quality people AKA reputable & family oriented sales agents. Focus is on quality not quantity.

John has always had a charitable heart, he attributes this to his childhood upbringing & his many years serving as a boy scout since his younger years. For nearly 30 years John has been a generous supporter of the Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia donating with the company’s RE/MAX affiliate sales agents through the Miracle Homes Program. Each agent at RE/MAX Achievers donates a portion of their commission with each sale to CHOP.
For nearly 20 years John has teamed with his sales agents in managing annual food drives for the benefit of local food pantries. Giving back always to the community who supports RE/MAX Achievers.
