Theresa graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and then earned her Master of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership from Cabrini University. During this time Theresa also served 20 years in the United States Air Force. She is a veteran and retired on January 31, 2021. She desires to continue her role serving others and believes Real Estate offers a great environment to build relationships and gain the trust that is needed for successful and favorable financial outcomes.
During her military career she focused on Equal Opportunity and promoted, planned, organized, and directed Diversity and Human Relation Education (HRE) activities. She developed Diversity and Inclusion training and other related HRE and Outreach program material. She also promoted an environment of equity, dignity and respect through positive human relations and teamwork and provided advice, consultation, education, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), and referral services to leaders and supervisors that helped to enhance collaboration across departments. Theresa is a customer service professional with 20+ years of experience building successful client relationships. She offers an excellent customer service attitude and understands the value in exercising care, offering empathy, and providing appropriate solutions at the lowest level possible. She demonstrates excellent leadership abilities and is comfortable working with diverse groups.
