Home Buyers– Inspections followed by a detailed, comprehensive report on the overall condition of the house, with emphasis on defects, potential defects, and safety hazards. Routine Maintenance issues will also be addressed. This report will enable the buyer to make an informed, intelligent decision abut the purchase of their home.
Home Sellers– The pre-listing inspection provides the same standard inspection and report as for buyers. The intent is, however, to provide the seller the opportunity to make informed decisions as to what repairs or upgrades to implement in order to increase the value of their home as well as to prevent issues from becoming stumbling blocks when selling their home.
Post Construction End of One Year Builder’s Warranty– This inspection provides the same standard inspection and report as for buyers. The intent is, however, to provide the new homeowner with information necessary to discuss builder warranty repairs.
HOME Maintenance Check-up– Inspection followed up by a detailed, comprehensive report on the overall condition of the house. This inspection is designed for the homeowner who wants to know about the current condition, maintenance items, and how to take care of the home throughout the period of ownership.
Home Energy Tune-uP – This inspection provides a comprehensive analysis / report on the overall energy efficiency of the home with recommendations for how to improve the efficiency. For more information about this specialty inspection.
Ultrasonic Oil Tank Inspection– This inspection provides a comprehensive visual exam and a metal degradation test (ultrasonic) for your above ground / accessible oil tanks. For more information about this specialty inspection.
